Dhruti is intuitive as well as having experience and knowledge grounded in theory. I don't have to try too hard to explain myself, she understands and offers peace in difficult times.
Very much the person I needed... She is non-judgemental and allows you to make decisions on the types of therapy you are comfortable with. She is wonderful at using illustrations in helping to understand things better. I have been through hard traumatic experiences in life and I'm glad to have Dhruti as she is helping to peal those layers at a safe pace for myself.

She didn't make me feel like a patient who was mentally unwell, but rather a dignified human being who has lost his way a little. She listens with full attention and intent, and her choice of words hit home. Her piercing questions go to the heart of the issue and I am left to connect the dots and answer my own questions. She also never tries to put names or labels on what I am feeling, which creates a safe space for me to express myself freely.
Rather than tasks or routines, she chose a dialectic and insightful style for me and it worked really well! I felt empowered after only a few months. She dispelled many deep misunderstandings and beliefs I had about myself. I am able to love myself much better and I am grateful to have been paired with a wonderful soul.

She is definitely a good listener I felt validated talking to her about my life and experiences. I started to look at certain negative emotions in a positive light. Genuinely grateful for all the workbooks and exercises she has provided me with. I believe that even though I am still processing few emotions the workbooks have and certainly helped me with my body image issues, anxiety, ED.
