I take a grounded, transparent approach to counseling, and work with people to explore their underlying emotions and patterns of thinking that cause people to struggle. I feel that someone does not need to be struggling to seek counseling. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, anger, substance use, self-harm, suicidality, grief, personality disorders, families, and couples. I am certified to diagnose and treat personality disorders.
