Where do I Begin…
Cynthia is by far thee best therapist that I have had in my life thus far. Cynthia’s ability to help me navigate my personal life and relationships has helped me overcome and accept a lot about myself. Cynthia makes being vulnerable less of a task and more-so a way to accept myself for who I truly am. Cynthia reminds me that “flaws” aren’t a deficit and instead opportunities to grow and evolve; if I so choose.
Cynthia has been a pure light that I look forward to being guided by for how ever long that may be. I’m certain that she will/can be the same for you.
Cynthia is honestly the best therapist we could have asked for. From the very beginning she was interested in getting to know us - both as a couple and as individuals, and immediately created a judgment free space to express feelings and frustration. She ask the tough questions and has a way of holding you accountable without making it feel like you are being chastised but rather that you are capable of handling situations better. She meets us where we are and has helped us to focus on coming to a place of understanding, even in disagreement. While we have been in couples therapy with Cynthia, I would absolutely go to her as my individual therapist as well if I could.
I’m am so very pleased with Ms. Moya. She’s engaging with my 12 yo on her anxiety and depression. She checks in with her frequently and always seems to have a kind ear. This is what my child needs at this time.
She was engaged and responsive for the start. ; took time to listen and get better acquainted with my concerns. Overall, excellent so far.
She allows me to fully speak my mind through messaging. Her worksheets have helped me tremendously
