Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Chris Owen. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Chris has been very patient and attentive to our issues. Her suggestions and the tools she recommends have been very helpful.
Chris is the most thoughtful and relatable therapist I’ve encountered in my mental health journey. He truly makes you feel heard and does a great job explaining the science behind how your brain acts from the plethora of knowledge and experience he has. Chris also checks in with you over message outside of meetings and never rushes to end our appointments. It feels as though he really cares which can be difficult to find. I’ve learned so much from him.
I love that we can relate to one another on the ADHD spectrum and he has a lot of great information on why our brains work the way they do. I feel heard when talking with Owen and even tho we’ve only had one session so far, I can tell he’s really working to help me better understand ME and teach me positive coping skills to overcome my challenges.
