About me

Are you wanting your (or your child's) relationships to improve? Or to feel more confident at home, school, or at work? Sometimes, managing emotions in healthy ways while navigating life's challenges can feel impossible. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore problems affecting their lives and work with them to build skills to improve their life functioning and satisfaction.
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with children, teens, parents and adults in residential, school, and clinic settings. I take a client-centered approach, draw from a diverse set of treatment modalities and utilize techniques from CBT, Solution-Focused therapy, motivational-interviewing, mindfulness, EMDR, TF-CBT, and DBT.
It is normal to feel anxious about reaching out to a therapist for the first time. Perhaps you're a little intimidated by the idea of therapy or maybe you have negative experiences from when you tried to reach out for support in the past. However, if you choose to explore me as your therapist, I promise to provide a safe space for you.

Great listener, very relatable, and gives you clear tools to help! Not just a cookie cutter step by step program. She helps based on your specific needs. Highly recommend Chelsea!!

Chelsea has been a great therapist. She does a great job at listening and responding to the issues that are discussed. Our issues are complicated, and so far she has kept up. She’s also been great at working with us on appointment times.

I have only spoken with Chelsea two times however I feel like she is very understanding of the goals and issue I would like to address. She is also very helpful in terms of outside tools and strategies I can use to calm me down or relax me.
