Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Charlise Bell. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.

We have greatly appreciated how she has helped our family out with this service.

I feel as though Charlise has been really listening to how we both feel and giving non biased support to guide us through our situations.

My first appointment with Charlise changed my mindset about counseling. I was not initially looking forward to speaking to someone about my feelings or things that seem negative. It feels like I should be able to handle those things without telling people about it, and a lot of times, speaking about sad things is embarrassing, or it somehow will be projected onto who people think I am. Needless to say, I made myself at least go to one session. I was surprised that I left my appointment feeling better than I have in a while. Charlise really made the appointment comfortable and I did not feel the need to hold back on things that I needed to talk about. I have had one other experience in counseling and it wasn't awful, but it did not allow me to feel as open as I did with Charlise. She seemed to listen and offereed supportive responses that didn't restrict my own thoughts. She even used humor at times, which helped lighten some of the conversation, and to me this helped the most. I plan to continue visits with her and I will say that just saying and sharing things that I normally hold in , really helped me feel less weighed down.

Charlise has been very easy to talk with, and warm and open and patient. She has offered insightful questions that make me think critically of my situation and not just with emotion.

I reached out for a session without really knowing what I wanted out of it. I appreciate how Charlise let my session just flow. She gave me the time to just share all I had in mind and then my session went from there. It was very comforting to talk to someone who just understood what I needed even if I didn't. My session with Charlise was like talking to a friend who truly cares and then very professional with the comfort she gave me.
