About me

Brittani has experience doing neuro-feedback and assisting in Youth Measurement Assessments and many other assessments. Brittani received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University. She received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Family Therapy from North Central University. Brittani is currently in the NCU Ph.D. program where she is focusing on the effects of complex trauma on attachment through all developmental stages of life. Brittani has intense experience working with adolescent/teens who have struggled with trauma, bullying, parent separation, life changes, Autism spectrum, and feelings of anxiety and depression. Brittani has completed the first phase of brain-spotting and is also certified in Art Therapy. Brittani uses many different therapeutic approaches such as Art therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused interventions, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Experiential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.
