Good day, my name is Angela Harmon and I have been counseling for 13 years. I believe every person has worth, and some time we need support and guidance to find the worth in ourselves. I would like to be part of that journey, exploring who you are, while working through the issues such as anxiety, depression, and past traumas. I use mindfulness cognitive behavioral therapy along with psychophysiology of depression, stress, anxiety, and even trauma and how it effects our body. Juggling school, social activities, and family can be complicated and having someone to work through problems, help with conflict with friends or parents, and even time management can be important. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
