Amy Myers is amazing. She is not only supportive and exceptional with the care she provides, but she is intuitive and able to see things about myself and my anxiety that I would have otherwise ignored, swept under the rug or otherwise not even have seen. She is highly recommended.

Amy is compassionate and knowledgeable. She asks questions, listens to understand, and gives “homework” in order to apply changes and form good habits in day-to-day life. I believe that Amy goes above and beyond by taking notes during each session and coming back next session with fresh insight. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone struggling to communicate, dealing with anxiety, and using therapy as a means to improve overall in their daily lives.
