About me
Hello, my name is Amanda Ellen (named after both my grandmothers.) I first became licensed in Ohio with an LSW in 2003 and then with my LPC in 2013 then my LPCC in 2024. Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amanda Brumfield. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Amanda is amazing, she is really intelligent and intuitive.
I have only had one session so far, but I can already tell this is going to turn out really well. I’ve been in therapy before, but never clicked with any of the counselors I’ve experienced. The first time talking with Amanda I felt immediately comfortable. I love that she offers a variety of ways to conduct our sessions. It makes it easy for me to be able to have a session with her even in my busiest days.
I am really looking forward to where this journey takes me, and working with Amanda!
Approachable, responsive and friendly, professional and knowledgeable to address issues with tangible appropriate content
I started therapy because I thought maybe I needed it but I didn't want it and after talking with Amanda for a couple sessions I agreed to a video session which I didn't want but I ended up liking a lot she's so real she's just a real girl but with a lot of knowledge in her head about what's going on in your head and she hasn't judge she just talks you through it unless you come to your own conclusions just by talking to you and leading you down the path
I have spent a long time trying to find a therapist that truly understands how to work with someone with complex trauma and personality disorders. I was days away from cancelling my membership when I gave it one last chance and switched to Amanda and I can’t be more thankful that I did. For the first time in my therapy journey I feel like I can actually get somewhere! She’s professional and her responses are educated and thorough which made me feel very comfortable in her care. She provides tools and worksheets to utilize and checks in often. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Amanda is a fantastic listener and responds with very positive goals and feedback
Listens well and gives good advice.
Amanda is easy to talk to, non judgmental and very likable. Highly recommend!
I’m just getting started with Amanda. Everything has been really good so far.
Amanda seems great. Intuitive, compassionate, understanding and most importantly, helpful.
