Teenage years can be especially difficult.
In a time where you have more ways than ever to get information, it may seem hard to find the right information you need to help you understand and overcome the unique challenges you may be facing.
I have over 10 years of experience working with youth and adolescents to help you do just that.
Together, we will create a safe space where you can openly discuss your thoughts and feelings, as well as have a positive experience that provides you with the support and guidance to make a real change for the better. Our time and work together will be based on your individual needs and is sure to be engaging, non-judgmental, and at times, a bit creative.
My passion is (and has always been) to assist you in discovering your life’s purpose as you learn new skills, grow academically, socially, and emotionally, and prepare for the future.
