Alfred has been a great help so far. Literally with just our first phone call, I felt like he understood me and where I was coming from. He saw the issues I was struggling with, and made me question the why, and being able to link it to something else I hadn’t even thought about. Just with that aspect alone, it’s helped me to step back a little and try to think outside the box a little. He’s made me feel comfortable, and I enjoy talking with him.
