About Me

With an open mind, we can find creative methods of healing and overcoming obstacles. As both a counselor and art therapist, I am trained in multiple methods for treatment and we will find what works best for my clients. Each person's individual story is an important part of the path to healing. I like to look at what each person is going through to see where the needs are and then create a plan of action. I am often told I am very approachable and that people instantly feel comfortable when they meet me. I have worked with children and teens for over 13 years both in private practice and in schools which has helped me learn to connect well with teens.

Thankful that my 16 year old daughter has Tricia as her therapist. (It is difficult enough to find a therapist, let alone someone you actually connect with!) She looks forward her video appointments with Tricia. She's been very responsive to both my daughter and me. Highly recommend.

Tricia is an open minded and compassionate person. She has been able to listen to me in an unbiased way and act as a "soundboard", as she calls it, to what is flowing through my head. She has really helped me calm my thoughts and feel okay with where i am at as I adapt to living in a new place.

Tricia has been awesome to me. She replies quickly and always has advice at her finger tips. She is calming and a great listener. I always feel so much better after talking with her and I feel so lucky to have her as a counselor.

I resonate with Tricia, she is guiding me in a very positive and healthy way to help my issues.
I am very comfortable with her and the approaches she advises me.

I appreciate the Tricia is a 'medication as a last resort' type of therapist- I've had the prospect of taking medication pushed my way so many times and it's been a complete turn off for me. I feel like she's actually working with me to get to the bottom of my concerns, which makes me feel like she actually cares.
