teen counseling and Traci’s positive interaction with my 18 year old son has far exceeded my expectations. My son can schedule time with Traci when he needs help and support the most and Traci has updated me frequently. She is terrific.
Traci has literally changed my life; when I began therapy with her this year I thought I would just try a session or two to see if it made me feel better. I’ve worked with Traci for months now, and because of her help I’ve been able to make some amazing life changes and I finally feel in control of my mental health, which is something I didn’t know would ever be possible. Traci is helpful, understanding, and authentic, and is so genuine and caring. I’m so so glad I was matched with her because she’s made a huge difference in my healing!
Traci makes me feel very comfortable in our sessions. She’s insightful and kind, and the welcoming environment she has created has made our sessions very productive.
Traci is amazing! I’ve seen other therapist but I have never built the relationship and made the progress with them that I’ve made with her over just a couple of weeks. I’ve struggled with the same issues for years without any progress, and in just a short amount of time Traci has informed me and helped me define and process many of my thoughts and feelings about my experiences and develop positive ways to move forward. She has genuinely given me different and positive perspectives on my experiences, offered me support and reassurance in areas that I need it, and genuinely cares about helping me. She is so unbelievably kind and truly an authentic person and therapist. I’m so grateful to have found her!
She’s great! Makes you feel confused
Traci makes me feel very comfortable throughout our sessions. She is very patient and understanding and really opened my eyes to a lot of things that I was not seeing in the past! I definitely recommend her expertise to others!!
I am very pleased with the advice and therapy received by Traci. She made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that I could be completely open with her about myself and my feelings. She always replied in a timely manner with words of encouragement and suggestions on how I could move forward past my struggles. I truly feel reaching out for help was the best choice I’ve made for myself in a very long time.
Traci is exactly what I need in a therapist and I have SEARCHED for a good fit ever since my beloved therapist passed away of cancer 10 years ago. I very much need tools to help manage my anxiety and depression and since session number one she’s given me practical advice and resources that have helped me relax and avoid unnecessary conflict.
Traci has been such a big help in understanding the mental problems I face. She is super understanding and is able to deconstruct my ramblings in an extremely useful manner. She's helped categorize and explain the feelings I have and why they have been the way they are. I would 100% recommend her.
