Sarah is quite honestly the best therapist I have ever had. She’s never judgmental, she’s calm and intuitive, and she keeps a good balance of my sharing and her guiding me through it. She genuinely cares, and I feel like the progress I have made is firmly because I have had her support to feel comfortable and safe working through past traumas. Could not recommend her more.

Sarah has been such a wonderful presence in my life. She offers practical solutions to problems and listens well. I feel completely comfortable sharing my thoughts and fears with her. I also appreciate that we are in similar stages of life, so she easily relates to my day to day challenges. She flexible, warm, and offers the outside perspective that I've been needing for a long time. I'm so lucky to have found her!
