About Me

Hi,
I am a Licensed Mental Health counselor who believes in meeting the client where they are in all aspects of their life. I use all different types of treatments that are out there so I am not limited to just a couple. I have worked with many teens who are struggling with issues such as low self worth, low self-esteem, and low self concept. I have worked with parents to help them to understand how to communicate effectively with their teens. I have worked with teens who have a distorted sense of self and a distorted body image. I have worked with many teens that have many traumas that create behavior problems. I help parents/caregivers have an underrstanding of how trauma effects teens and how to help their child. I have worked for 5 years with teens in and out of fostercare.

I have experience in trauma based disorders:
Panic Attacks
Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Social Anxiety
Post Traumatic Stess Disorder
Borderline Personality Disorder
Bi Polar 1 and 2 Disorders
Oppositional Defiant Disorder

I Look Forward to Meeting You and Helping You Grow as a person!
