My son loves his sessions with Ric!! His overall mental health has improved greatly since we started. He is happier and way more outgoing. He also has more desire to spend time with me and talk to me about his feelings. Ric is smart, kind, relatable, and amazing at his job. He makes my son feel better, which makes me feel better, and that is all I hoped for. Worth every penny!

Counseling with Richard has been really helpful and beneficial to me. I'm glad we hooked up because I believe he was able to help me grow through some stages of grieving and self-care that I had missed and he encouraged me to set some well-deserved boundaries. I liked his easy going attitude and his recall of me and my issues every week.

Richard has been an incredible counselor for me. An amazing listener and has given me tools and coping techniques that will stick with me forever. Sometimes I can talk forever and he always knows how to respond. He’s by far the best counselor I’ve ever had and is a great balance of supportive and knowing how to deal with my anxieties. I’m always afraid of being judged by counselors and he is not judgmental at all. He has given me a worksheet to work through my anxiety and anxious thoughts I have. Helped me significantly work through irrational versus rational thoughts.

Richard has been great to work with. He proactively reaches out to see if I’m okay. A few times he’s extended our sessions to finish up our conversation. And he does a great job of making me think about things in a different and helpful way

I have always been apprehensive about therapy from failed attempts and not so stellar therapists in the past, but Richard has made it very comfortable for me. It is very nice to have someone who I feel genuinely listens and is patient with me to open up about my problems. Richard has certainly helped me a lot, and I am grateful for that!

This is my first time seeking professional help and I wasn’t sure what to expect or how to approach opening up. In my short-time working with Richard, he’s created a completely safe space for me to continue to open up and work on myself. Richard is attentive and is a great listener. I really appreciate the way he’s able to relate and be empathetic.

Richard is a fantastic counselor! I just started working with him, but I am blown away by his sense of professionalism, knowledge, courtesy and respect. He is helping me through things I did not think I could process. I absolutely recommend Rich!

Richard!

As a person of color, specifically a black man, I can’t talk enough about how beneficial it was for me to be able to talk to another black man. We were able to get into nuanced issues regarding race. Richard has been able to help me organize my life better, stick to a diet, helped me manage some insecurities I have held about being a father, and has helped me become a better partner as well. Can’t recommend this dude enough. He’s smart, charming, and honest.

Richard has been amazing and helped me so much. I have had a little frustration with the platform as it has glitched a few times and its frustrating when I had a lot to discuss and wasn't able to communicate with Ric due to platform issues

As someone who is brand new to therapy, Richard makes it incredibly easy to open up. He’s an amazing listener, and comes across as genuinely interested in what he’s being told. I would absolutely recommend him.

He has been very patient with me and quick to respond even if it takes me a while to. I’m still trying to get use to opening up about my anxiety to a stranger, but he is very understanding and makes me feel comfortable about opening up

I’m so grateful for Richard. I reached out for help when I was at a very low point in my life. He helped me use the tools I already had to dig out and keep going. He saw things that I couldn’t with all that dirt in my eyes. I call him my professional friend. I felt comfortable with him and opened up to him very quickly ... just what I was looking for. I hope I don’t descend into despair again but if I do I will call on my professional friend. Thank you so much, Richard Boldridge!

Ric is amazing. He is very talented and CHEESY!! He is down to earth and avoids giving a generic response to my concerns.
