Hello, I am a licensed psychologist who has worked with teens for 4 years helping individuals like you work through bullying, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, trauma, high risk behaviors, impulse control, and self-injury. I strive to provide a safe space where you can work toward being a healthier authentic version of yourself. I believe in providing the tools that help you cope with life's stressors and help you build confidence in your ability to reach your goals. I firmly believe in meeting you where you are at in your life and working with you to help you reach your goals.
I tend to use therapeutic approaches such as Dialectic Behavioral Therapeutic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral approaches, solution focused approaches, and humanistic approaches. This simply means that I believe in providing you with skills and feedback on ways to better reach your personal goals. I believe therapy is an active process and I work to ensure that I provide you with the care you need.
