This women is so nice, she has helped me begin the steps I needed to heal and she had made it easier for my mom and I to recognize that it’s okay to not be okay.

Ms. Jane is Great! She's helped me find ways to ease my anxiety. Gave me really good tips on how I should respond to my Intrusive thoughts. She makes sure on every session that I've asked all the questions I needed help with. I'm glad Ms. Jane was my counselor!
