About Me

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addiction specialist licensed in North Carolina with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. My most notable area of experience is in addiction recovery. If you have been looking to external sources for happiness and want to learn how to find fulfillment from within, we will work well together.

My counseling style is warm, accepting, and compassionate. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, and mindfulness interventions. I will adjust the treatment plan to meet your unique circumstances and needs.

It takes courage to ask for help and even more courage to receive it when it is offered. If you are ready to take this step, I am here to support you.

I look forward to working with you!

Elizabeth is very sweet and understanding. She asks the right questions at the right times and also listens to every word I say. She gives amazing advice and good techniques to help control my anxiety. I wouldn’t want any other therapist. I’m definitely going to recommend teen counseling and Elizabeth to everyone I know.
