About Me
I offer more than 12 years experience as a licensed teen psychotherapist. Pressures of academics, social media, politics, bullying and money come up often in teen therapy. Because we are in a declared mental health emergency for youth, it is critically important to make quality therapy accessible to young people. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and truly listen and care about clients. I am excited to see teens and children learning more about how to use therapy as a tool digitally. With my approach teens are empowered, validated and challenged appropriately.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Elizabeth Evans. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Working with Elizabeth has been terrific. She is an outstanding listener. Her care, expertise and concern come across via video conferencing and over her text messages. As a parent I have the utmost confidence in her. My child looks forward to sessions with Elizabeth and has put trust in her (in a short period of time).
So far so good! I really like Elizabeth
