About Me

Hi, I'm Cindy Bennett, LMHC, I have over 30 years of experience working with children and adolescents, ages 3-19. My expertise is in all areas of social, emotional, and academic counseling, including ADD/ ADHD, childhood depression, anger management, anxiety, disabilities, and behavioral problems. I believe in working together with families and children/adolescents to identify areas of concern and develop a plan that will provide your child with the skills they may need to be successful at home, at school, and in the community. I look forward to the opportunity to work with your child. Please have your child set up their counseling room and refer to my schedule to select a time and date that is convenient for them. If you have any questions, please message me through the app or if you would like to have a short appointment with me prior to your child's appointment, please let me know. Thank you, Cindy

My daughter really enjoys her time in counseling with Cindy Bennett. She seems happier since she began counseling.

Cindy has been my most favorite therapist in my life. I've had both good and bad experiences in the past. I found Cindy to have all the attributes a good therapist needs plus her own special touch. Her personality is warm and she is very perceptive. She is a great communicator and works diligently to identify goals. I loved how she was able to be professional yet personable and with such grace. She has a natural ability to be personable while still keeping focus on you. I guess I'd translate that to good repoire building. I loved that she was able to pull out themes in my struggles and and give me ideas for how to work through them. I'd highly recommend Ci dy.
