I am licensed in Texas with 25 years of counseling experience. I have walked along side children and teenagers as they have experienced depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, healed from trauma and abuse, & improved their motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.
