About Me

Hello! Thank you for viewing my profile. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from a small town in Illinois. I have experience working with teens and parents on a variety of issues including divorce, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I believe teenagers deserve the same privacy as an adult unless safety is a concern; however, I do encourage family connection. My goal is to create a safe space for teenagers to express themselves and work through their challenges. I encourage all of my clients to take the lead when setting goals for therapy; however, I can provide guidance as needed.

Clients have described me as "down to earth" and easy to talk to. I strive to be warm and authentic with a non-judgmental approach. Being a teenager is challenging and having an "outsider" who is removed from your situation can be helpful. If you are ready to begin, I am here for you.
