About me

I am licensed in Maryland with 24 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping children who were placed in Foster care at young a age. I continued to work with children in foster care from eighteen to twenty-one years old. I helped transition the older adolescents to living in the community. I have also worked with young and older Adolescents who are mentally challenged. I have worked with teen clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

I took some time away from teen counseling, but I am back because Tzipora Frager was a wonderful therapist and I felt like I needed to revisit our previous work. She listens with empathy, offers advice and tools as needed, and is an amazing person. I am thankful that she is still working with teen counseling and that I am able to benefit from her expertise.
