I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds whose problems range from childhood anxiety and depression, to relationship issues, OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, and attachment. I love working with teens and young adults (ages 13 to 28).
My counseling style is warm and collaborative. I am open minded, compassionate, empathic and respectful of all individuals. My approach is guided by a humanistic principals of respect, caring and understanding. I use a variety of evidenced-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Solution-focused therapies. I will take the time to get to know you personally and will work collaboratively with you to identifying your goals and then help you to build a foundation for long-term success.
