I decided to consider counseling after traumatic experiences begin to come up again . I couldn’t pin point what triggered me to go back into the feelings I had then on my own . I was very nervous at first but Tracie is very communicative and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable telling my story and giving me options to help heal. During this pandemic my stress levels like many are through the roof and before I slipped into a deep depression I wanted to seek help. I would definitely recommend the teen counseling app as well as my counselor Tracie to anyone in need .

The ability to talk to someone outside my own home has been a great help and experience. Tracie seems to understand that I have an unique lifestyle and many challenges that go along with that. She also seems to know that I need to hear confidence that I can continue when things get hard and still let me vent when I need to. I would strongly recommend this app and her to anyone needing the ability to see counseling and help for their struggles.
