Theresa has really helped me with getting to the root of my anxiety. Explaining why I feel the way I do in a way that I wasn’t able to understand for myself. It’s only been a couple of weeks since I started counseling with Theresa but it’s incredible that I can see more positive things in my life and am able to stop holding on to so much that was negative. I am really grateful for how she has made me dig deep to get to the core of things and how to effectively express and address what brings on my anxiety.
