Theresa is hands down the BEST therapist I have EVER had. She’s so kind and attentive. I can tell beyond a shadow of a doubt she really does care for me and is here to help.

Theresa is very kind and supportive. She responds in a timely manor. Except on weekends, but she is really great and sometimes responds twice a day. Even when I don't write as often as I should, she checks in! But it's not in an intrusive or annoying way. I enjoy seeing a response from her and her insight :)

Theresa has really helped me with getting to the root of my anxiety. Explaining why I feel the way I do in a way that I wasn’t able to understand for myself. It’s only been a couple of weeks since I started counseling with Theresa but it’s incredible that I can see more positive things in my life and am able to stop holding on to so much that was negative. I am really grateful for how she has made me dig deep to get to the core of things and how to effectively express and address what brings on my anxiety.
