About Me

Being a teenager has its own challenges on top of the other life stressors like school, relationship issues, abuse, parental frustrations, etc. Nobody said you had to do this alone.

I am a licensed therapist with several years of experience to share. I know that there can be stigmas with therapy as a teenager and that sometimes it can be difficult to commit to making ourselves whole again. I take my role as a therapist very seriously and I believe in taking time and working on wellness slowly and consistently. Just as physical health takes time and consistency, so does mental health. I look forward to helping you in any way I can!

My daughter was very hesitant to discuss anything with anyone other than me and disappointed with herself somewhat that she needed to but -Stephanie was very nice and her interaction with my daughter was well received.

Stephanie is really kind, she listens and takes time to understand and it never feels like you are being judged. You feel heard and the session feel like they are in a pace that is comfortable for you. I look forward to my session my only wish is that they where a little longer
