Sophie has been an amazing therapist in the time we have been seeing each other. She has given me both space to self process and tools to use throughout the week when life feels too heavy/too much. I have been in therapy on and off for years and she is one of the best therapist I have ever seen.

Sophie offers a background in trauma/PTSD/First Responders. She had provided a treatment plan that is specific, measurable and effective. I have utilized other therapists in the past and Sophie's , methods and plans have been the most effective. I highly recommend Sophie Paquette.
