About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Montana with nearly a decade of counseling experience. During this time, I have gained valuable knowledge in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, autism, sexuality, gender, parenting, relationships, and trauma.
I will meet you where you are and use your strengths to work on areas of self-improvement that are important to you. I will bring useful clinical tools to aid in growth and healing. These tools come from my advanced training in the following therapeutic approaches: cognitive behavioral, attachment based, mindfulness and trauma informed.
Taking the first step in reaching out for help can be the most difficult part in the process of healing and growing. My priority is to make this, and all the time we spend working toward your goals, as safe and comfortable as possible.
