About Me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life's daily demands? Do you struggle with finding motivation or energy to reach your goals? Our undesirable emotions, negative thoughts, and self-doubt often hold us back. It can be difficult to take that first step in making an improved you. Having a therapist that will meet you where you are at can make the process less intimidating.
I received my Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University in 2013, and have had the opportunity to work in multiple different settings in the mental health field over the last 9 years. I have worked with individuals, families, children, and adolescents to address many different concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, ADHD, trauma, opposition, anger, and addiction. I use an eclectic approach utilizing a range of therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Solution Focused. I work with each individual to craft a plan tailored to meet their unique needs and goals.
You can message me for a consultation and to learn more about the services I offer. I look forward to helping you start your journey towards increased life satisfaction.

My daughter has had several counselors and Sarah is the first one that she has truly felt comfortable with. Thank you Sarah.

Sarah actively listens and challenges me to focus on the moment. I would highly recommend her.
