I have lived in Alaska for 14 years. I am here for support and education about Mental Health. One of my favorite saying is, " I would like to make Mental Health cool". I specialized in working with At-Risk youth, youth in foster care, and parent who have kids experiencing traumatic events or working through challenging issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, and drugs and alcohol addiction. This demographic is the one I feel needs the most support with the challenges of trying to find their identity and purpose in life. That is where my quote "Consistency and structure is the key to success" comes from. So, let us be successful and supported of each other on this journey.

He’s very good
Sammie is a great counselor! Highly recommend.
Overall a great listener and has helped me tremendously navigate through life with all the struggles I’ve been having. It’s refreshing to talk to someone and confidently feel like they have my best interests in mind and want to truly help me.
If you want a no-nonsense listener , Sammie is the one. Male counselors seem harder to find , so I’m lucky to have found one that is a good fit so quickly .
A very compassionate person.
Sammie is great. He listens a d offers tools that help you make choices that puts the control back in your hands. He’s easy to talk to amd really cares about helping you.
