Hello! I am Dr. Rose. I am a psychologist with 15 years of experience providing therapy services. I obtained my graduate education from Indiana State University. I am dually licensed in Wisconsin and Indiana. I have worked with adolescents coping with depression, anxiety, stress (school and peer stress), trauma, ADHD, anger, defiance, and family problems. I often like to include parents and other family members in sessions to help the teen feel supported and cared for. I often use a Cognitive Behavioral Approach to treatment. Most importantly, I am real with the adolescents I work with.

Dr. Fernandez clearly has a wealth of experience. I like that she is tasked oriented and will use assignments to help me see things from a different perspective. I also like her demeanor in sessions. She enables me to talk about hard topics in a less emotionally charged way.
Dr. Fernandez works with our family helping us to understand why we are having the feelings that we are having. She even check in on us.
Dr. Fernandez is a very kind and understanding counselor. She was able to provide solid advice when talking about how to deal with my problems. Overall created a safe space where I could feel comfortable.
Working with Dr. Fernandez has really helped me. I was hesitant to start counseling, and afraid that it would be overwhelming or that I couldn't do it. Dr Fernandez has made it approachable and I feel like I'm really making progress. It's not a magic bullet; these things take time. But I'm 3 months in and I'm feeling like I finally have a healthy way to talk about things, and I have someone who understands me and really listens/provides great perspective. I am learning more about myself and am committed to improving myself, and I feel really motivated to tackle things that have bothered me for years that I was previously afraid to confront alone. Dr. Fernandez has really made a difference.
Dr. Fernandez is extremely helpful and has a very practical approach to therapy. I have only had two sessions, but she has already provided me with a lot of tools for working through the issues I am facing. She is extremely intelligent and always has the answers to help me address my problems. She is great and I am really excited for on going therapy with her and how she is going to help me better myself.
teen counseling is worth every dollar you put into it and Dr. Fernandez has been excellent. I really like how she holds me accountable and shows me how I can improve while also helping me to understand others. She is personable and always replies in a timely manner.
