I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in various counseling modalities for individuals and couples. In addition to traditional therapy, I have a background in substance abuse counseling and am board certified in behavior analysis. Over the years, I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, OCD, ADHD, Autism, and addiction. I have extensive experience helping individuals who have experienced trauma including physical and sexual abuse, as well as helping those who care about them. I have worked extensively with children and teens, and fully understand the relationship struggles that sometimes occur in the teen years.
My counseling style is non-judgmental, collaborative, and compassionate. I strongly believe in a strength-based approach that allows an individual to discover or affirm their unique gifts. These strengths are often highlighted in challenging times when they are most needed. I believe that as we work on ourselves, our ability to have fulfilling relationships increases. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavior, and psychodynamic therapy. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I commend you in taking that first step in establishing the life you’ve always wanted. It’s my honor to share this important time in your life with you and I look forward to working with you!

She is very nice and understands the problem and she is very helpful
I’ve just started working with Renee and she is very kind and insightful. I look forward to continuing our sessions.
Renee is the best counselor I have ever had and my life is better because of our sessions
Renee is great. So glad we found her!
Renee has been a huge help and has guided me in finding clarity through very painful times in my life.
Renee is a phenomenal counselor. She has really been able to help me and I am more than grateful. I’m not sure where I would be in life if I hadn’t been able to talk with her. I am so lucky. She truly cares and listens and that’s more than I could ever ask for.
Renee is great, very kind & understanding. I am grateful that I connected with her.
We have had 5 sessions with Renee, and we have already found it beneficial to our relationship. It is very useful to have an independent third party that does not judge one way or another, and we are very grateful that we can have these confidential sessions in the privacy of our own home.
Renee is a very good counselor. Our options for couples counseling in an office setting were almost non-existent, and this is a great alternative we can use in the comfort of our own home. She is unbiased, and I appreciate her sessions. They have helped our relationship greatly in 4 sessions.
