About me
Over the last 20 years, I have worked in a variety of settings that focused on serving others, working to help them set goals, face issues, and move on to be the best of themselves. I graduated with my master's degree in Applied Psychology: Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Washington University. I have worked in public mental health on both East and West Coasts, currently I am providing direct care and tele-med services in Eastern Montana.
I have enjoy working with adolescents and teens for their potential and ability to learn and grow. It is a wonderful experience to watch and assist a developing person find their voice and learn to effectively express themselves in a healthy and successful manner through the use of CBT tools and techniques. Helping teens recognize their strengths, build a cohesive support network and reach their goals is one of the most satisfying parts of my job.
