Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Patricia Montanari. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
Best communication skills that I could have learned since I was born
Always a good listener & I like that she corrects me when I get extreme.
Amazing
Great therapist with rational insights and clear understanding of the complexities of each individual relationship and provide resources and tools to support each person with their personal needs as well as to the couple in correlation with wherever they are in their relationship
This is my first time in therapy, and Patricia has made it so comfortable, enjoyable, and I'm actually getting something out of it. During our sessions she let's me express what I need to, but she also challenges me and provides great feedback. After our sessions she types up a summary of our session and provides more feedback and usually leaves me with a few questions to either respond to or just ponder until our next session. She encourages me to take the group classes that are offered, and throughout the week she always makes herself available to communicate if I have any questions, thoughts, or just updates of how things are going. I highly recommend Patricia and teencounseling.com.
Patricia is wonderful. She listens and shares insights that challenge us to grow as a couple, even when it requires us to be vulnerable and brave. We learn new things every session. The best is yet to come!
Trish is a consumate professional who expertly guided my adult daughter and I through 15 months of much needed weekly family counseling. She provided insightful, written summaries of every session with helpful reccomendations and other written resources related to our specific needs. Trish was very effective in helping us to repair our relationship and I highly recommend her!
Trish is amazing with her expertise in her field. She responds quickly to my messages.
Patricia is excellent. She is very good at getting to the heart of the issues. Her sessions are very good; she always leaves follow-up questions and summaries and is quick with any communications. She is very respectful and easy to talk to.
Patricia has helped my boyfriend and me to rebuild our relationship after some issues. She explains things in a way that is interesting and understandable and is very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend her to any of my friends. Thanks, Trish!
Patricia is an incredible therapist! I started therapy around 8 months ago and I was hesitant about talking to someone about my problems. I am so thankful for Patricia and her expertise because I can now say I have the tools necessary to go through life. I enjoy every session I have with her and I trust her completely, which for me has been hard in the past. I cannot thank her enough for all the help she has provided me.
She really help to understand what going with me
Trish is very patient and understanding and has provided me a different perspective on my concerns, this has helped me work towards being in a healthy relationship with myself and my partner
I have only have Patricia for two sessions and I am loving it so far. I recently been having panic attacks, being stressed bride that is about to get married and dealing with a whole lot of changes in my life, but Patricia has been able to guide me step by step. She really observes your concerns and gives you exercises that will help you practice it in the most positive and healthy way. She has helped me feel comfortable and always leaves her door open whenever I need her. I look forward to more of our sessions and look forward to improvement in my mental health and the way I do things.
So easy to connect with Trish….she is “real” with you and always has practical examples (homework) to help move you through your own “work”, staying empathetic and reminding you to be “present “ ( which I needed!). Phenomenal support .. I highly recommend and trust Trish!
She responds very quickly and always offers help right away. She gives me exercises to do which are very helpful. I feel like I have started a journey with her and helping me through coping and my situation and able to express my feelings
As this is my first therapy experience I was a little nervous but Patricia has been so lovely. She is very easy to talk to without judgment and makes me feel safe.
My daughter has never connected with a therapist. Trish has changed the counseling game for her. As a parent, that is EVERYTHING. Thank you, Trish!
Easy to talk to. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience
I really enjoy how understanding and supportive Patricia Montanari’s sessions are. It’s nice to have someone in my life who gives this support without having to burden the people around me.
Very competent and provides valuable advice!
Best help I've ever experienced.
We’ve only had Trish for 2 weeks and she’s already been extremely helpful for me personally, and for my marriage. She observes, and catches things that we are blind to. It’s been great.
She's professional, provides valuable advice and is very available
I’m forever grateful for Patricia’s help! She is a true professional: very attentive, supportive, understanding. Working with Patricia is always a pleasure!
She is Understanding and supportive.

really helpful!!
She’s definitely amazing, the perfect therapist for me and my concerns!!!!
I love how Patricia is supportive yet professional on how I can improve myself and also resolve my issues. She is also a friend who is comfortable to talk to without judgement. Ive seen myself grew so much for the past year of working with her.
I’m new to therapy and I feel the match with my first therapist, Trish, was perfect. She encourages me to open up and understands exactly what I’m trying to convey along with the underlying issues. I wanted a practice-based approach and she has been helping me with that. She listens and responds in a timely manner. Moreover, she’s friendly, kind and non-judgemental, which are such great qualities, and particularly so when one is opening up, showing all of one’s vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
Patricia makes me feel supported and heard and meets me 'where I am at' on whatever I want to discuss. I like the way she gives me a range of things to practice and think about and tools to try. I feel much more resilient from just a few sessions.
Patricia is amazing, she’s always been there for me at my hardest time always guides me through the right path, she’s truely amazing, one of the best counsellors I ever had, always listens to me ranting about my exes all my toxic people that are in my life, I’m soo thankful to her, I wish her all the best
Patricia really is a person I feel confident to talk about anything with. Every time I see her, I feel lighter as a person and about myself.
Patricia has been wonderful in guiding us through our marriage problems. Her expertise has helped us on both personal and relationship levels. She is very responsive and easy to talk to. Not only does she provide great advice for communication, she gives good tips to cope with life's common stresses, and has helped motivate us. She has been extremely understanding, professional and helpful.
I like how she listens and tries to reason with me on certain subjects. It makes me feel like I do matter
Very attentive and supportive
Felt I have a professional support
Patricia is a great conselour! Always responds quickly, and she provides insightful information that really makes you challenge yourself. I've seen vast improvement in myself thanks to the guidance from Patricia
Very professional approach, with a lot of insight. I enjoyed her services. Very helpful and got back to me immediately. Very attentive which I love.
Has really helped me learn a lot about relationships, boundaries, needs, etc. Has helped me address where negative behaviors stem from, how to recognize that, and then correct it. And has similarly assisted in giving guidance and strategies on managing fears, sadness, and feelings of stress.
Wonderful counselor who really listens.
