I can guide and advise you as to what coping skills and strategies can help regarding your thoughts, feelings or behaviors, for you to reach your goals or manage your everyday world.
I describe my counseling style as “Talk Therapy” with an easy to talk to presence. I believe that the connection of the way we “think” and “perceive” situations can be changed through rational/reality-based information. However, I am very eclectic in my manner of counseling and treat each person as unique with unique life experiences and circumstances.
Let me help you decipher your needs & guide you in navigating the transitions in your life...

Pam was very responsive and very professional from the get go. I was at my wits end with my daughter (who is 14) and Pam helped me see that I am one who is in charge. I am not saying that raising our daughter is a walk in the park now but I definitely feel like I have the tools to manage her temper tantrums and I give 100% credit to Pam.

Pam is a wonderful counselor that listens and offers support and understanding. I know there is no judgement and I can feel free to be myself and open up in a way I can’t with family.

Pam is the BEST hands down. Over our continued sessions I feel like I have grown not only mentally, but internally as well. I am more aware of a lot personally and I feel like Pam has always truly understood and recognized what was needed to be said or suggested feedback to implement. I never thought I ever needed therapy and was skeptical about the success that could be obtained from this type of thing. Pam has shown me how helpful for ones self talking to someone who wants to understand and help you can be for personal well being. Thank you for everything forever and beyond Pam!!! - AB

Pam is wonderful. She makes me feel so much better about everything. She genuinely cares and I feel like she's a good friend who I can talk to whenever. I always feel like she puts me at the top of her list, even though I know she's a terribly busy woman. I would give her an 11/10 if I could. If you're looking for someone to help she's the one.

I just wanted to say that Pamela went above and beyond to make sure that both my girlfriend Nicki and I felt that she cared about us. When Nicki and I both got paired up with the same person, I though it was another let down. After a little bit of reassurance, Pamela was able to let us know that she was gonna do everything she could to make us feel safe. Not to mention, her expertise definitely shows. She told us exactly what we needed to hear in order to guide us to where we needed to be. It’s crazy to say, but it only took a single one hour session with her to help find all the answers I needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Pamela Lane.
