Great therapist and friend, If you want a therapist that really cares, then Prof. Caruso is the guy. I often times felt like I was talking to a friend. 10/10 recommend him.

Prof. Caruso is dedicated to his patients. He’s not an 8 to 5 type of counselor. He’s all in and he cares. I’ve never had a therapist for my daughter like Prof. Caruso. And we trust him. That can be hard to find with counselors because some are judgmental and it can make the client feel like they cannot disclose or be honest. Not Prof. Caruso. We trusted him since Day 1.

Professor Nick, You have been absolutely extraordinary! I had a feeling I’d like you before we started and you sent me the worksheet to understand me better! Thank you, thank you, thank you! You restored my faith and showed me what a caring therapist really looks like and that YOU do exist! My best to you! - Gaby

I would recommend everyone to have a therapist they can speak to. Prof.Caruso is respectful and attentive. You can tell that he cares deeply and tries to find different ways that the therapy will work for the unique individual. I think this is one of the most important emotion to feel as a patient-that the person cares about your well being. Prof.Caruso is goal based, with me anyways. It’s nice to have someone to message about that thoughts I have and receive wise responses that comes from years of education and experience. It’s my 3rd week into therapy with Prof.Caruso and I am happy that I have started. I would truly recommend it for everyone.

Nick has helped me so much during these past few months. Even better yet, he has been teaching me how to help myself. He is very easy to talk to and has lots of experience which he is able to apply to my situation and give advice.

Nick has been amazing with myself and my daughter. He encourages me as a parent and keeps in contact, but doesn’t give me details about my daughter’s session allowing her to have her own autonomy. My daughter connects well with him and is far more communicative with us, as her parents. I would highly recommend Nick to any teen who struggles with anxiety and depression.

Professor Caruso is an excellent teen counselor. He replies promptly to all of my questions and concerns with detailed and thoughtful answers. My son really seems to appreciate and respect him. I have seen a noticeable difference in my son since he started working with Professor Caruso, and I would definitely recommend him to other parents.
