Natasha is truly wonderful! You couldn’t ask for a more understanding, considerate, and supportive therapist. She’s very real with you. Which I love! Another one of my favorite characteristics about Natasha is that she isn’t a labeler. She doesn’t show up to session and start slapping labels all over you for every little thing you say or do. Natasha will happily go down any path with you even if it’s an unusual or obscure one. She’s not judgmental on any level. One time I told Natasha, “I’m just going to go crawl into a hole in the ground and hide.” Natasha replied, “Well scoot over then and make some room for me because if you’re going into a hole in the ground then I’m climbing in too. I’m here for you.” That’s the kind of person Natasha is. She’s always ready and willing to meet you exactly where you are. Natasha has helped me more than she’ll ever know. I can’t thank her enough. I owe her a tremendous debt of gratitude! And if she were here she would say, “No you don’t. You’re the one who did all the hard work! You’re amazing!” Because again that’s the kind of person she is. She always makes sure you take credit for the hard work you do and she never ever lets you minimize your incredible progress. She’s a real gem!

Natasha is a great therapist. She listens and asks the right questions and makes sure she understands what my needs are. When I had just started, my plan was to request a therapist change after the first session because she wasn’t offering a video session but it’s working out pretty well by phone.
