I am licensed in Florida with 11 years of progressive professional experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared and explored without fear of judgment.
Our time together is a partnership; my therapy style is warm, open, and honest communication and feedback; this is your safe safe to be yourself and get the most out of our sessions.
I know that for our teens sometimes finding that one person that will listen to you or allow you to be yourself can be very difficulty and even scary to open up to. I will serve as your guide to exploring any issues and working through what is the best solution for your individualized needs.
