About Me

Dr. Wright is an experienced therapist with advanced training in, coping focused, solution focused, and goal focused therapies. She has her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology both from Antioch University New England. She has specialized experience in many areas including Anxiety, Stress, Family Conflict, Executive Employee Pressures, Trauma, Anger Management, and Communication Issues. She also has expertise in working with those involved in Family and Criminal Court systems or who may be struggling with a loved one who is involved in these systems. She loves to work with adolescents who may be experiencing high levels of stress and working to find timely solutions. Dr. Wright is an accepting, kind therapist with a direct approach to helping all who come seeking services.

Dr. Wright is extremely easy to talk to! She comes to every conversation with intent and support and motivates you to focus on the progress, unpacking one thing at a time. I love her strategy building tools and ideas, It’s been a breath of fresh air since I started working with her and my well being has greatly improved. Would highly recommend!

Megan is a very helpful person. She goes out of her way to help me in whatever way she can. She is kind , patient and very good at making me comfortable while keeping things professional, I feel at ease opening up to Megan to discuss my personal matters. All around I'd highly recommend her to anyone and I'm very grateful for her.
