About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with over 18 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, including peer relationships, and other related issues . I have worked with adults, children, adolescents, families and parents, and couples over the last 18+ years, in various capacities. I provided individual and family therapy, group services and I supervised and guided other therapists that worked with these populations. In addition to providing therapy services and guiding other therapists, I also developed and managed programs aimed at helping individuals and families achieve emotional stability and wellness. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Very professional and understanding, not something I'm uses to in a therapist. Mariola listens to, gets me back on track when I stray off topic and most importantly supports me through thoughtful and progressive insights. She's a partner in my health journey. I would definitely recommend to anyone I know.
