Hello! My name is Larissa Rzemienski and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I attended Arizona State University for my Master of Counseling degree, and graduated in 2001. I have been working as a counselor for almost 20 years, and I have had a wide array of experiences during this time. My experiences in working with teens include: Adolescent probation counseling, teen crisis hotline supervisor, and high school guidance counselor chair. I also have a teen daughter of my own who is now in college. In addition to counseling, I also teach Master of Counseling college students and I am a yoga teacher. I have worked with clients of all ages, and my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, meaning of life, grief, and much more. I really enjoy working in the telehealth field, and I have been seeing clients virtually for about 3 years. Telehealth is a great modality for treatment as it provides convenience and various options for services. In terms of the treatment modalities that I utilize, I tend to use Client Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Therapy. The approach that I use for each client will differ depending on the needs of the client.

Larissa cares. She is so intuitive and responsive. She has been by far the best therapist I have had and has really helped me get through a very dark period of my life.
Game changer in the therapy world. So glad I found not only my person but a friend to confide in. As a busy mom of four kids, it is incredibly helpful to have a person to balance with. And I don't have to leave my house! I don't have to find babysitters. I recommend a teen counseling and Larissa to everyone I come in contact with who may need a little extra.
Larissa is great, very responsive and helpful. I feel that my daughter is getting some good guidance with Larissa.
She's extremely patient and wise. I never feel like a burden to her. I'm thankful that she's helping me through a healing process.
I was extremely nervous about starting therapy and have been putting it off for awhile. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Rzemienski has been wonderfully professional, friendly and knowledgable.
I have grown so much in even just a couple of weeks with Larissa’s expertise. She has helped me organize my thoughts and work through things I needed to sort out.
She has been very professional and respectful. Has helped me out with my anxiety and has given me ways to cope with my situation. I would highly recommend her to others.
Larissa has been great. She’s really helped my wife and I see each other’s point of view and open up a better line of communication. 10/10
I would totally recommend Larissa to anyone In need of support with anything going on in your life , she’s funny, smart , intelligent in what she is doing to help with your issues or problems , she’s always giving positive advice and is always sending worksheets and assignments to help also with what you have discussed with her . I trust her100 percent and I am grateful to have her for my councilor and as a support for me .
Amazing counselor! So down to earth and she just "gets" it. I love working with her and we just click. She offers so many resources and she is honest with what her specialties are and isn't overconfident in her abilities like other therapists I had. If she doesn't know something, she will go out of her way to learn more. She truly goes above and beyond. This is best therapy experience I have ever had in life. Thank you teen counseling! More importantly, thank you Larissa!
Very caring and well-versed counselor. I feel safe and comfortable talking to her and feel heard. She offers helpful insights. I recommend Larissa without any reservation.
Very thoughtful and resourceful!
Honestly the best experience I’ve had with a therapist ever. I’ve never had counseling before and I was scared to open up but Larissa made it so easy and simple. I never felt judged or felt like a burden. We work on my goals everyday and I feel hope again in getting better. Thank you teen counseling.
