I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for over nine years. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families improve communication and find unique solutions to achieve their goals. I have previously worked in school-based therapy and have experience working with teenagers and young adults. I am originally from southern California and graduated with my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. Before that I graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology where I also played varsity football. I currently live in Indianapolis with my wife and two children. In my free time, I enjoy sports, comedies, and spending time with my family.

He's very patient, interested in my point of view, and gives support and appreciation to my perspective
Lamar has awesome follow through & able to stay on point in discussions & via computer. Understands previous therapy & what helps me to be successful when stuck in "stinkin' thinkin'"
Lamar is a great listener. I've enjoyed the sessions we have had, he is great at remembering things we have discussed in previous sessions and he always has some nice insights to what I am discussing with him.
I really like how Lamar makes time for my son.
Lamar is super easy to talk to. I feel at ease during our sessions. He is a great listener, and provides thoughtful and kind feedback.
He is wonderful! Very helpful and asks us great questions to make us think.
