About Me

I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for over nine years. I enjoy helping individuals, couples and families improve communication and find unique solutions to achieve their goals. I have previously worked in school-based therapy and have experience working with teenagers and young adults. I am originally from southern California and graduated with my Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. Before that I graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology where I also played varsity football. I currently live in Indianapolis with my wife and two children. In my free time, I enjoy sports, comedies, and spending time with my family.

Lamar is a great listener. I've enjoyed the sessions we have had, he is great at remembering things we have discussed in previous sessions and he always has some nice insights to what I am discussing with him.
