She is a amazing listener and gives very good advice. She is very good at what she does.
Kristen is wonderful. She is a great listener and always does her best to understand what I am struggling with and work to find solutions to help. Kristen helps me to feel empowered to make positive changes in my life, and in just a few sessions has already provided me with great tools to help me improve myself and my outlook. She recommends resources including books and podcasts that help to expand on topics touched on in our sessions. She also responds promptly and thoroughly to any messages I send, and follows up throughout the week to see how I am doing. I look forward to our conversations every week because I always come away from them feeling like a better version of myself. Overall, my experience working with Kristen has been exceptionally positive and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and insightful counselor.
Kristen is wonderful and caring. She has made progress with my teen daughter already, and it has only been a few weeks. I love her insight as a parent as well!
I think Kristen is a great counselor, I like she gets to the point and don't beat around, she gets straight to the point and she doesn't pick sides. Very professional. love her! She also demonstrates concern or cares for privacy which it made me think, why she thinks that way but I felt good about it because it tells me she is confidential and I appreciate that very much! Lastly, her method of teaching is awesome and she doesn't give her personal opinion. I like this because I don't have to worry what my counselor is dealing with when it comes to me because I had a councilor before and she told me "I don't like where you work and don't know why I like it" So I believe giving me that personal opinion is not professional. So again I like Kristen always being professional and at the same helping me through this process.
