About Me
Hello, I am Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts, with over 10 years of experience working as therapist and counselor. Clinical Social Work has been my focus throughout my education. My Bachelors of Social Work is from Elms College where I graduated magna cum laude. I was fortunate to be accepted into the Advanced Standing Program at Boston College's Graduate School of Social Work, where I received my Masters in Social Work.
My background is varied and extensive. For much of my career I have counseled in the school setting. In Massachusetts I am also a licensed Adjustment Counselor/Social Worker for grades K-12 by the Department of Education. It has been a privilege to work in both public schools, private schools and at residential schools. I have worked with clients struggling with depression, adjustment disorders, foster care, protective services, adoption, family dynamics, gender identify, trauma, abuse, divorcing parents, blended families, gang violence, domestic violence, ADHD, OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disabilities and those experiencing unexpected life changes. Over the years I have worked in urban and suburban areas and understand the unique challenges of each environment.
In addition to counseling I also have coached both Girl's and Boy's Lacrosse over the years. From the perspective of a coach, I have also seen how adolescents struggle today. We are experiencing a pandemic and kids are bombarded with varying messages via social media platforms. It is important for our youth to build strong coping skills to help them better navigate the world we live in.
It is my belief that humor is wonderful tool in therapy. Being able to help someone smile is one of the greatest abilities we as humans have. With that said I also understand the serious nature of difficulties that cause people to seek out therapy. You will find that my style is welcoming, non-judgemental and empathetic. Therapy can be an uncomfortable concept for some. Unfortunately mental health services still carry a stigma for some. My approach is client centered and I use a combination of solution focused, cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic counseling methods. However, I will tailor all interactions and your child's treatment plan to best meet their needs. Therapy is not a one size fits all intervention and it is important that you feel comfortable with our plan and goals. We will work as a team every step of the way.
It truly does take a village! I commend you for reaching out to better assist your child. It would be an honor to be part of their team.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kerri Moll. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Teen Counseling might be different.
I love Kerri. She's a reminder that I'm not alone.
She’s wonderful! I am able to speak freely and she always is there to give advice or just listen. She has given me tools to work on my anxiety and we have had some fun along the way!
Kerri is the best.
Kerri is a great listener, a helpful contributor, and an involved resource in finding solutions and approaches to difficult problems.
Kerri was so helpful when my son needed her the most, she listened to him, responded timely to his messages, he really connected with her.
Kerri is nothing short of AMAZING! She's so attentive and caring. She's super supportive and has offered so many tools to my daughter, as well as my family to help us work through tough issues in a healthy manner. If anyone ever asked me to recommend a counselor, Kerri would be the first person that I would recommend.
Kerri is a good listener and uses real life examples and humor to relate.
Kerri is fantastic, I have worked with 5 plus therapist and counselors and she is the only one that seems to understand me and my needs. Always sharing resources and communicating with me through the app. She is the best, highly recommended!
Kerri Moll is the absolute best therapist I’ve ever had. She truly cares with her whole heart and goes above and beyond. So so grateful for her and her thoughtfulness and I can’t recommend her enough!!! Literally the world’s best therapist!!!
Kerri is the right mix of positivity, good listening, understanding and empathy. I always come out of our meetings with a more positive outlook and action items for the future.
She’s a great counselor. She’s easy to talk to, and I got a great vibe from her from the first time meeting. She gave solutions to issues I was having the first day and talked things we would work on the first day meeting in the near future. She jumped right in. She gets 10’s across the board from me.
