About Me

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland. My specialization is in children and families as well as anxiety with both adults and children. I have been in the field for over 10 years. I have worked with families on parenting issues, anxiety. divorce, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns and Autism. I am also a military spouse and am familiar with the specific challenges military families may encounter.

My approach is warm and open and I aim to create a comfortable and safe environment in which you feel you can share your thoughts, feelings and challenges. I believe everyone has strengths and sometimes just need a little help realizing them and building upon them. I see my role as the navigator in helping you get there.

Realizing some additional support is needed is a very big step and the right one to living your best life. I hope to help you on your journey in getting there!
