Wonderful, insightful, provides excellent tools and feedback for positive change.
Keith is great.
He’s very helpful and isn’t one sided. He gives great advice!
Keith is an excellent therapist! He is very patient and friendly, and listens to me without judgement. I appreciate that he talks about his own experiences in relation to mine, which truly makes me feel understood. He is a great person and I am very grateful to have his help.
My fiancé and I look forward to meet with Keith Poche. I can honest say his help has saved our relationship.
Very understanding and provides great resources.
I have found Kieth to be compassionate and empowering. I feel like I have a life coach and the support I need to move in a positive direction. I am very grateful to have been paired with him.
We’ve been with Keith since the beginning of the pandemic, but should have started a long time ago. With his help, we’ve been able to start managing years of communication issues as well as other issues that arise. Keith is always quick to respond and listens without judgment. We are thankful to have been paired with him.
Keith Poche was just waiting for me, but told him that I will give it more time and patience before I will avail his professional advice. I believe in prayer and that’s how I will be guided accordingly for now. Thank you. Jan
Keith has helped me and my husband get through some struggles during this pandemic. He helped put things into perspective.
Keith was able to recognize my needs promptly. I really didn't think a half hour was enough time for a session but I am amazed at what he can accomplish in such a short period of time. He makes concrete suggestions and we are making good progress getting my train wreck back on track.
Keith has been extremely helpful!
Keith has been an excellent asset in my mental well being since we started, and has made my start to therapy very pleasant thus far
He is very nice and understanding. He is also good at listening to both sides.
I started therapy with Keith by stating what brought me here and what I was currently struggling with. 3 days later, he replied with a "Ok thank you for talking about that". I let him know I thought his response wasn't helpful, to which he replied that he was already working 10 hours a day before logging onto teen counseling. That did not really help either.
If his schedule is making it hard for him to stay here, then he shouldn't be here, and I'm not paying to hear him trying to justify his life choices.
Keith is straightforward, but caring. We cover a lot of ground in each of our sessions. I’m grateful for him!
I thought my counselor Keith was great. He really saw what was most important even though I lost touch of what that was. Just one session empowered me to do what I've needed to do. I only had one session because I can't afford this service and realized I need to go thorough my insurance. Thanks for your help Keith.
I was in a state of doubt, but I guess from my point of view he subtly helped me reassess my situation and look at myself in a different perspective.
Keith listens well, offers personal examples relative to my issues, and has a relaxed yet engaged approach. We're very pleased with Keith and his techniques to address and resolve issues.
Keith is very friendly and easy going. It doesn't feel like he's just reading answers from a textbook like I've had in the past. It's the comfort of talking to a friend with the knowledge and expertise to give solutions that are simple and easily attainable.
Easy person to talk too. Very understanding of the blended family and the challenges encountered from all parties.
Keith provided me with empathetic, understanding, and thought-provoking counseling service; and I would gladly recommend him to others struggling from issues similar to mine.
Keith is very personable! He is thoughtful in give recommendations, he understands what’s going on, all around a great guy and counselor!
I have only done one session so far with keith, but he was very helpful in gaining perspective on some difficult situations.
Keith listens and offers to help in any way he can.

Keith is a well experienced individual that has a lot of good resources at his disposal that help me and can help a lot of other people in the future.
I really enjoyed working with Keith. I actually hope to be able to work with him again I just currently could not ask for the service but he is a great counselor.
