I feel that every teen can use someone to talk to. We can all be as close as possible with our parents, but there are still a few things that we keep buried underneath. I work to develop a relationship where teens can open and share with someone who is non-biased and can keep confidentiality. We work together to identify how to make small changes to add up to big successes. Thank you for considering Counseling with Kate!

Helping me put things in perspective and remember to take care of myself.
Kate has been so wonderful. I’ve needed her more than anything during such a crazy time and I am just thankful for the concepts and discussions she shared. I’ve never done therapy before and I am glad it’s easy to share with Kate. Just thank you.
